Tooling

All of our own tools are manufactured by our sister company, Knight Precision Tooling, and its partners. This relationship means that – unlike many of our competitors – we’re able to totally guarantee the quality of the tooling we use. We can then pass this quality assurance and all associated cost/logistical savings on to you.

Our management team has been involved in the development of over 1000 tools over the last 30 years, including 100s for our own in-house products, several hundred for existing customers at our factory right now, and hundreds more developed for major companies with their own moulding facilities. In 2015, for example, we handled the 3D CAD design and manufacture of approximately 100 new tools for a whole host of markets, and for companies ranging from huge multi-nationals to new start-ups and inventors.
